Since the start of 2013 we have seen no let up in the demand for NHS dental practices.
By way of an example, within 24 hours of listing 2 separate practices for sale in the South East, both with NHS contracts of less than £500,000, we had in excess of 30 dentists registered with us requesting to arrange an appointment to view the practices.
This demand resulted in more than 10 confirmed offers for each practice. All of which were fully vetted financially, leaving the vendors with the envious position of being able to choose the best offer, not just in terms of the final monetary amount, but also from the buyer deemed to be most likely to be able to complete the deal promptly.
